IrfanView can open a .M3U file and playback the soundtracks involved.
But it appears to be only possible with a list of .MP3 files.
If track 3 is another format, like .OGG, it is skipped, when playing the list.
I won't call it a bug, but IV's behaviour is not quite compatible with the syntax of the M3U-format.
