Requested Directory of panorama

The 'Create Panorama image' function saves the path of the latest panorama-making in the IV inifile (PanoramaDir).

Before making, I have already opened one target-file with IV most of the time.

So it would be nice if the directory of that file would then be the start in the "Add Images" dialog.
