Requested Resize image before ftp transfer

Hi !

I often use the "transfer by ftp" option in the thumbnail view. I propose a new feature to help us sending web versions of our pictures : What about adding a resize option in the ftp menu ? If activated, irfanview will create temporary resized picture before uploading by ftp : no need to do the job first.

Just resizing pictures before uploading can easily lead to loss of quality.
Better to first create a special upload-folder with copies of the files, which are resampled to another size.
