Create a Image Thumbnail gallery from a video
Imagegrabber and Media Player Classic can do this - but they are small standlone exe programs that require DirectX and other stuff for the feature to work because they are both standalone.
Irfanview can 'extract frames' - so enhancing this feature in so that it can creat thumbnail gallery like this> http://img113.imageshack.us/img113/6079/magi15ok.jpg
