    Hi midora,

I think we should converge towards a proposal suitable for as much users as possible. As you can see, the idea on this topic are now very different from the first one I suggested. Of course, I don't expect we find the absolute solution. But in this case, we seem to have rather precise idea of features we would like, so I think it is worth beeing explicit as much as possible if we can reach a consensus. In this case we could post a summary of this discussion to the Feature requests section of the forum. Or is this going beyond the scope of a feature resquest?

In any case, it remains to Irfan to adopt or not the suggestion, or to take it just as a set of basic ideas.

Would be right, I think, to extract this discussion to the Feature requests section, because it involves adding new variables.

          Hello,

I am using the latest version (4.23) and encountered the same problem.
An current work around is to use the /info command, parse the output and apply a /resize command in addition to the /dpi command.
Is there any update on this feature request?
It would make my life a lot easier if IrfanView had a batch option for this

All we REALLY need is a command line option/GUI checkbox that says IrfanView to resize image along with DPI change (links image size and DPI). That's it! It's really simple!
