    Requested IrfanView supporting XAR files

One way or another XnView is able to show the graphic content of a XaraX document or a build-in thumbnail, I don't know. I don't like using XnView (as it is a slack plaster of IrfanView). Would it be possible to view XAR files in future?

Huh, XnView won't even open that for me. According to my hex editor, it is a species of GIF, so it should not be impossible.
    Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"
    ---------------------
    Lose: Fail to keep
    Loose: Not tight

    ---------------------
    Plurals do not require apostrophes

XAR is a vector file format. There may be an embedded 256 color preview image in GIF or PNG format. The format specification is public.

        Xara thumbnails

To matera: my XnView version is 1.9. The Gif thumb is only about 130x100 pixels. I even didn't associate XAR with XnView (all standard).
To impdf: IrfanView (and most viewers) doesn't do vectors, thanks for reminding me.
