I'm not quite sure what the feature is called, so I'll try and explain it.
When you go fullscreen it figures out and generates a background color based on looking at the file, and applies it to that one image, then it changes to try and match the next image.
If anyone has used CDisplay they will probably know what I'm talking about, closest thing to a name for the feature is CDisplay calling it 'Auto' under background color.
