This feature was last available in version 4.10. Now it is gone.
WHAT HAPPENED TO “ADD OVERLAY TEXT.”
I want it back so I can use the newer versions that you publish.

Look in the middle near the bottom. It's no longer in the MISCELLANEOUS section.
