Requested Susie plugin support

There is one quite popular japanese programs named Susie ant there are lots of plugins for that prgram that support most obscure image formats. it is probably most popular image viewer in japan.


I think it is big waste for infranview not to use that potential.
Even acdsee have support for susie plugins.

Susie is not a nice tool!
It can't open the JPG format and the homepage is nearly unreadable!

who cares if it is nice or ugly, infranview is als o quite nasty in some aspects.
the point is that susie is popular in japan and have lots of plug ins for obscure image formats.

I dont think it is clever idea to ignore all them even if there is little gain, but small amount of code can make all them compatible with infranview. these plugins just decode image formats and do not affect anything else.
