Here is a suggestion for a minor enhancement of the toolbar skins options dialog. How about adding a scrollbar in the creator info box & making links clickable also. I know the down arrow will scroll the info if it wont fit in the box, but I think a scrollbar would be more obvious. See attached file for a mockup.
