      You can make Windows Explorer your external editor. After you browse for explorer in the box in Properties>Misc 2 add " /select," (without the quote marks) to the end before saving.
      When you now select "Open in external editor" from the thumbnails right click menu you will open an Explorer window with the file selected. From there you can "Send to" any program that Explorer supports.
