Requested Add .shtml to the list of allowable extensions when using HTML export

The title says it all.

This would be quite helpful to those of us using Server Side Includes for menus, headers, footers etc.

Hopefully this is not something that would require a much programing since it only requires allowing the extension and nothing else.
