Requested 4bpp raw viewer

I'd would like to ask a 4 bpp option in the raw viewer. Today the lowest possible option in raw files is 8 bpp.

Devices like ebook readers use a 4 bpp grayscale LCD screen. It would be usefull to watch captures from the frame buffer of these devices.

I'd would like to view 4 bpp raw too.
PSX games like Gran Turismo 2 use RAW 4 bpp 16 palette clut textures.
It would be very nice if I could rip all 1100 car textures and make mods.
