Requested Make Irfanview high DPI aware

As reported here http://en.irfanview-forum.de/vb/show...6535#post36535 the 4.30 version of Irfanview is no aware of high DPI screen settings so it doesn't screen capture properly or displays properly text on it's options (any options) windows. This is an example of an Irfanview and the windows of another program that is high DPI aware

It looks better in the screen capture than in real

Seconded, but for image viewing. I have a new laptop that has close to 4k resolution, and is simply unusable with the old Windows 100% dpi setting. Unfortunately in IrfanView that means that when viewing images, it will show double pixels when viewing an image at 1:1, which is silly, in my opinion.

Fortunately this can be worked around by disabling display scaling from the "compatibility" tab in the .exe's properties, but that makes the UI tiny.
