The <space/backspace> or <right/left> keys display the next/previous file in the directory. If these keys are held down, the pictures will advance at the speed of the operating system. It would be a great feature to be able to slow down or speed up the rate easily and quickly, maybe using the number keys at the same time as holding down the key; eg 0 could be stop or really slow, 5 an average (maybe 1 second), 9 might be fast or no restriction. Maybe the rates could be configurable in the menus.
The purpose is to be able to scroll through the pictures quickly, but slow down and speed up again easily. Great for searching through large volumes of pictures.
