Disable scrollbars for mouse wheel

Hello,
Request to add:

- support to disable mouse wheel for scrollbars or ability to toggle visibility of scrollbars
- when image is larger use left mouse to pan image (this will conflict with current zoom functionality so maybe ability to add mapping for zoom)

You can pan images using the right mouse button.

I completely agree with the authors of previous posts that you can do all this using the capabilities of your mouse. I think that the forum is already working correctly.
