Requested webp and heic icons for the icons.dll

Since webp and heic have been supported for a while I suggest adding icons for them to the icons.dll plugin.

Yes, I agree. I'd like to see webp included in the dll icons. Considering how long webp has been around, I'm a bit disappointed it hasn't been added yet.
