Currently cropping is done relative to absolute X and Y coordinates after EXIF rotation is applied. This means that horizontal and vertical images have to be cropped differently, rendering batch cropping almost useless for large sets of mixed orientations.
It would be very useful to specify how to crop the long and short dimensions irrespectively of the orientation, especially in the advanced options of the batch dialog. Command line options like /CROP_LONG and /CROP_SHORT would be appreciated too.
