BMP with RLE compression

I’d like to have the option
for RLE compression for
Bitmap files (BMP).

RLE compressed BMP files are pretty obscure, so even Microsoft didn't use them that much. IrfanView can read them though.
Gimp can write RLE compressed BMPs, for example.

Out of small viewers, you can use FastStone Viewer or XnView. However, in XnView it is a permanent setting, and you might forget that the option is on in the future.
