Italicize captions

I love how easy IrfanView makes it to add captions beneath photos. I use it to add citations to images a lot, and it's much faster than any other image editing program I've used for this. But I find it frustrating that I can't edit the formatting of a portion of the text. Sometimes, I need to italicize just a few words in my citation, and I would love it if IrfanView would give me the ability to do this rather than making me set the formatting for the entire caption all at once.

If you use F12 (Edit/Show paint dialog) you can insert text and freely format a portion of the text.
