can't load some plugins

these being my filters. i can't use color mechanic and neatimage unless i add them by using add plugins buton

As info : this is the content of an "8BF_Filters.ini" file.

1) Your [Folder] path is not according to the standard IrfanView architecture. It should be at least :
Open=C:\Program Files\IrfanView\Plugins\8bf

2) Maybe that's the reason a line like "Flt0001=Reduce Noise...|8bf\neatimage.8bf|" seems strange to me too.
Because in my .INI file it would show the complete path, like :
"Flt0001=Reduce Noise...|C:\Program Files\IrfanView\Plugins\8bf\neatimage.8bf|"

After a 'Ctrl+K', are color mechanic and neatimage already in the shown list, or not ?

I think they might need something extra. If you look at the INI I sent you, you will see that some filters have the number 1 after the end. Try adding that - like:

Flt0000=Luminosity...|8bf\shadow.highlights.8bf|1
Flt0001=Reduce Noise...|8bf\neatimage.8bf|1
Flt0002=Local Contrast Enhacement...|8bf\local contrast enhacer.8bf|1

Manually adding the 1 worked all right for me

Appears to be a nice workaround. Although it says "Please Do Not Edit This File"

So I wondered : -what if I add a zero there?
The filter was still shown in the list, but could not be activated.

I tried that too . doesn't work even if i use the standard architecture for the plugins path. i tried the 1 in the end too . still nothing
