Irfanpaint and antialias

Is there a way to add antialias to Irfanpaint tools (the ellipse tool specifically)?
I'm using it a lot as a screenshot annotation tool (with IV that I start with /capture=4) but the lack of antialias gives poor results.

Irfanpaint provides just a basic functionality. If you need more advanced tools, please use a proper painting program.
