Support for motion photos and other Pixel and iOS enhancements

Would one of you plug-in experts please consider creating a plug-in to support the various JPG enhancements built into modern Android (Pixel and Samsung) and Apple (iOS) smartphone camera software, like motion photos (a/k/a Top Shot or Best shot, where the JPG file contains 10 seconds of video surrounding the captured frame, with several of the frames in full resolution, allowing the user to select a slightly different image), portrait mode (where the JPG contains additional information allowing the background to be blurred), photo spheres (3D images that can be plotted in spherical space and panned), etc.?

Currently, these enhanced features can be edited only in the native camera software on the smartphones, or with some highly specialized commercial software, or with (ugh!) Google Photos. Viewing the images in IrfanView provides access only to the default image, ignoring the additional data embedded in the file.

    Thank you.
