Is jpeg batch rotation lossless?

When you do a batch conversion and rotate right or left, is that lossless like when you have the plug-in and do shift-J?

I would select thumbnails and choose File -> JPG Lossless Operations -> Lossless rotation with selected files ... Or shift-J, that is.
