Irfanview not converting .pdf to .tiff

I've been having issues with my Irfanview not converting my files from .pdf to .tiff. I have the latest version (4.38) and work with Windows 7 (64bit). I have installed the latest plugins. One day it will work and then the next it won't. Can anyone.... anyone, help me out with this.

IV is only as good at decoding PDF as GhostScript is. Make sure you have the latest version of 32-bit GS installed. Currently this the one: http://downloads.ghostscript.com/public/gs914w32.exe

Gownaar, that worked. I was positive I had the latest version... so much for thinkin' I was positive! Thanks for the help!
