Adding third party plug-ins

I have the Topaz Labs filter library - can I access those filters/plug-ins through Irfanview? If so, how do I add them to my Irfanview library?

The CTRL+K shortcut takes you to the plug-in dialog. There are buttons for adding single plug-ins or whole folders with several plug-ins. Just navigate to the folder where your Topaz filters are located. Dialogs should be clear enough to be self-explanatory.
