in the batch conversion it's possible to include subdirectories with add all (files) command
Instead the OUTPUT folder is flatted, so all the files are written in the same folder
it would be nice to PRESERVE the input directory structure for the output folder: in this way, the written files will be placed in a directory with the same name of the original files.
