adding circles/arrows/test

hello
i'm really pleased with irfanview, but i'm missing some basic key features, like drawing a circle, box, arrow or just adding text (would be nice if i'll be able to change also colors)

is there a plugin so i can do it? is it implemented in the regular ifranview??

Open a picture and hit F12.
For text: Make a selection with the mouse and hit Ctrl+T.

but the F12 doesn't work..

Hi,

please update to IrfanView 4.10 (only this version contains IrfanPaint for drawing features)
