Lock Zoom (Shift+L) not working in Full screen since IV 4.10

Hi,
Lock Zoom (Shift+L) is not working in Full screen since IV 4.10. It works in window mode though, also worked in Full screen in earlier versions. Why this change? Is it intended?

Hi Ross,

I just tried and I noticed it works well, although I tried perhaps not all cases.
