hi, i'm trying to watch something i downloaded, but the speed is about 5x the norm, i tried lowering the speed level, but it stays just as fast, am i missing a plug in or something? thanks in advance.

Well, your information is about 1/3 of the norm..
First, there is a growing confusion on the net about the action 'download'.
So did you try to watch it streaming from the Net, or did you save the file on your HD, and then try to play it?
Second, to answer if you're missing a plugin or not, it's quite essential which file extension we're dealing with here.
Third, IV has an internal media-player, or external. Did you try the difference ?
