IrfanView download won't run

When attempting to run the intrallation I've repeatedly received the following error message:

"... \iview410_setup[1].exe is not a valid WIN 32 application."

I've tired runing XP_Fixit and trying to download IrfanView still produces the same message

I'd sure like to get IrfanView on my new computer, but.....

Try different download sources, or web browser. This error message means that the downloaded program is corrupted or truncated.

IrfanView is a "portable" application. You can just copy it from the old computer.
