Black Background on Batch PNG to JPG Conversions

OK, I really did search the forum first. I even Googled and tried a bunch of "that close" threads in various forums, etc. But I can't quite seem to put my finger on the answer.

I have a bunch of transparent PNGs that I want to convert to JPGs. I have set every background I can find in IV to white, and I'm STILL getting black backgrounds on my converted JPGs when I run the conversion in batch.

What am I missing????

Uncheck:
Properties/Settings - Viewing: ShowPNG alpha/transparent color

Unfortunately, if the PNG background color is not white, that won't help either LOL
