Scrolling Through Folders

When I open an image in a folder, I am no longer able to step through the images with the space bar.

In the Directory Index it shows "0/0" instead of the actual file number and count.

I can't find any kind of setting to change this back.

How do I fix this?

I'm using Irfanview 4.1 WinME 1Ghz P3 512MB Dram

Hi Terry,

The count (x/N) isn't related to the total number of files in the directory but only to the number of files associated with IrfanView. Look at Options | Properties/Settings | Extensions.

That isn't right, even if there is only one file and it is not associated with IV the count should show 1/1.

I just removed the association between PNG and IrfanView and opened a PNG file from a directory containing 7 files (5 PNG and 2 ZIP). IrfanView's count is 0/0. Something wrong with my setup?
