2 Problems

I have 2 problems.
1. When I open an image it won't open to fit the desktop even if I set it in properties to do so--it's huge
2. When I open the properties window the right side is cut off, ie I can't see the full window to do settings.

Windows XP sp2
19" LCD monitor

Hi Dave,

How did you open the image? Did you look at Settings not preserved?

What do you mean with "cut off"? Partly out of screen?
