Is it possible to sell IrfanView?

Dear Admin,
I am a reseller of software from Italy.
I have one of my customer interested in some IrfanView licenses.
Anyway I verified that IrfanView is a freeware software, however I alsoread it is freeware for non commercial use.
So, is it possible to sell it or not?

Please, I would know something more about this. If it can be bought and sold, please let me know where I can ask my quotation.

Anybody can purchase IrfanView, even without a credit card – by paying using IBAN transfers. There is no need for a middle man.

Sorry to write another time about this argument, anyway I do not understand which is Irfanview politc. Is there someone who manager this software in an officially way. I have a customer who wants to buy some licenses, and he cannot do i directly but he has to buy inside Italy from a reseller (as I am).
Someone could let me know something?

You should get a reply from the author himself by that e-mail. He replied me once.

I don't think Irfan should come and explain everybody why JPEGs don't have color suddenly or why the installer has become corrupted. However, there are some questions that only he is qualified to answer, as you said.
