Watermark via Command Line?

Hello,

i know how to "overlay" some text with invisible or colored background
to an image. via command line "advancedbatch".

But is it possible to "overlay" another image (watermark) instead
of text, via command line?

Command line possibilities are listed in the help file and I see nothing like that. So I guess the answer is no.
