GUI works CMDLINE fails on PDF

I have a couple PDFs that fail when they are encounterd using the Commands but if you convert them in the GUI it works fine. Is there a way for if an error is encountered to skip and then continue to process the rest of the directory or is there a good way to figure out why they are failing.

Viewing PDF

You see, also the PDF format isn't a strong standard. Do you view your PDF files using IrfanView plus Ghostscript installed?

Yes Ghost Script is installed on my machine. I can see the PDFs just fine inside the app but not via command line

No PDF in Ghostscript

Can't produce this error here. Within a Dos-box (so via the Command line) the Command 'gswin32 file.pdf' shows the first page, Enter shows the following pages. In the Ghost-box the Operand '(file.pdf) run' does the same (on my XPSP2 system). So here it works fine, although I never use this Ghostscript as a stand-alone application, neighter from the command line.
