How not to View EXIF Information for Each Photo?

I am using Irfanview 4.20 in a Windows XP computer. The problem: I am in the thumbnails window and click on a thumbnail photo to view a bigger size of it. I then click on the right arrow at the top of the screen to view the next photo in the folder. When the next photo appears, there is another window that appears on top of that photo showing its EXIF information. I then have to close that EXIF window to view the photo. How can I move from photo to photo using the right arrow icon, without the EXIF information window appearing for each photo? Thanks.

    Hi doowopper,

I don't see that behaviour. The EXIF windows opens only when I hit "E" (or "I", "E"), and doesn't reopen automatically after I closed it.

I recall a thread long past in which a similar problem was described.

I'm too lazy to look for it...
      Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"
      ---------------------
      Lose: Fail to keep
      Loose: Not tight

      ---------------------
      Plurals do not require apostrophes
