Lay out cd cover

What's the best way in Irfanview to make a layout of an cd cover with pics, text etc.

Is it possible to paste gifs (without background) onto another pic?

Hi pedrox,

With IrfanView you can make basic image edition. You can paste a rectangular image into a rectangular selection.
If you want to work with circular selections or layers and transparency ("gifs (without background)"), there is no way.
