Default Zoom, Display Size, is this a bug?

Vista Sp1, desktop resolution is 1680x1050.


Say for example I open a .gif file(happens with anything else too). The size of this gif is 642x96. I open it and the IrfanView window defaults to a zoomed size of 1658x248. I just want it to open to the actual size of the file. IrfanView opens all my files to a zoomed amount by default. How do I make it not do that?

One more example, 800x600 jpg. Opens to 1212x909.

Wrong Display Options maybe?

Do you have View -> Display Options -> Fit Images to Desktop selected? The keyboard shortcut is a plain "F", easy to enter inadvertently.
