Crashing on TWAIN Acquire

Trying to Batch twain acquire with an XP system using IFV4.20. At the point with IFV brings an image into the system, it's consistantly crashing. Before I did the initial import through TWAIN, I received a notice that some graphics programs may not function correctly due to XYZ, but given that I've used IFV on my other computer in the same fashion, there was no problem.

BTW. My Scanner is a Nikon Coolscan V

Any thoughts on why it's behaving this way on my laptop?

I think it is worth paying attention to that warning.

Can you at least batch scan without problem with Nikon's software (NikonScan)?
