    Hello,

    I will do the following:

I have for e.g. a Folder with 100 JPEG Pictures this Pictures will I resize to 1024x768 then I will insert a waterwark-graphic (png) in the resized picture at least the programm should rename the pictures e.g. newb09_01, newb09_02 and then save.

Whats the easiest way to do this? And how?

Use FastStone Image Viewer or FastStone Photo Resizer. They support watermark images in batch conversion. The image viewer also allows individual watermarks using a draw board.
