    IrfanView and Windows 7

Is IrfanView able to run on Windows 7? I used it on Vista with no issues, but I cannot get it to run at all on Win7.

    It installs, but won't start.

I have tried installing as Vista Compatible, and as Administrator, with no luck.

Is there a fix available? I'm using IrfanView 4.2.

    Regards,

Have you tried the no-install ZIP? IrfanView is a portable app by nature and can just be copied to the computer if there are no conflicts.

Have you tried installing it someplace other than Program Files to see if that works? I am not familiar with Win7.
