Normally Irf works brilliantly, but when I play WMVs they take about half a minute to start, and the seek bar is unusable because of similar lagging. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Irf but that has no effect. I think I had similar problems in the past, but when I installed a newer version of Irf it seemed to fix itself, then recently it's gone back the way it was. Not sure if that's Irf's fault or not.
