Create Multipage PDF not working

Hello,

After selecting multiple images and clicking Create PDF, I get a message stating "Operation Successful". However, there is no PDF created. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Irfanview, including removing all registry entries. I also tried it with both 4.23 and 4.25. I should note that prior to upgrading to 4.25, I never had an issue with this feature and used it frequently.
