Changing Irfanview's titlebar icon

I would like to know how to change the titlebar icon. I have a transparent icon ready and want to change default to that.

You should uncompress the IrfanView executable with UPX, replace the icon in the resources (you can use ResourceHacker) and (if you want) recompress the exe.
