Play - Slideshow

In Picasa or any other program:

When I open directory with pics, I just use play and i get the slideshow from this folder. Can I done this with Irfanview? The very simple Microsoft viewer has this function but i cant find it in Irfanview.

The quickest way to start a slideshow in IrfanView from a folder is to drag and drop that folder onto the IrfanView icon and then press Ctrl+W.
Is that what you want to do?

Or this one:
• Start IrfanView and press 'o' (open);
• Load a graphic in a folder with more graphics;
• Press Shift»A;
• Use 'Enter' to switch between Windowed/Full screen while slideshowing;
• Press Shift»A again to stop the show.

• Press 'w' to edit the time between the slides. Notice that the Full screen option 'Apply Alpha blending effect between images' will not be shown at this 'quick-show' modus.
