    Using Mouse Wheel to Scroll

Everytime I try to scroll using the mouse wheel It brings up Browse Directories. Im assuming the control for scrolling is not Mwheel, but is there a way to change it? Also, is there a way to not prompt me to Change Directories everytime? I know what directory I am in, and I want to stay in it.

IrfanView lets you use the scroll wheel to scroll the image vertically if the window isn't large enough to contain the whole image vertically, otherwise it's used to browse between the files in the current directory. If there's only one file in the directory or you are at the beginning/end of the list the Browse directories pops up. You can disable that dialog by enabling the option "If the end/begin of the folder is reached, loop current folder (during browsing)" in the "Browsing/editing" section.

Also if you want to use the mouse button for scrolling big images you must uncheck Jump to next image if Page keys or Mouse wheel used in Options > Properties > Browsing/Editing

Does it also scroll between pages? One of the .tif files opened had 4 pages and the user was only able to see one page.

I don't think so. You have to press Ctrl+Page Down for that.
