Can the slideshow have window's boarder with?

I am looking to create a slideshow that can be moved around when the user selects it. I assume if it had a classic windows boarder with the name of the program located in the top bar you could click and hold down to select it and move it around.

If anyone knows of a way to the user to move the slide show around, please share.

    Otherwise thank you in advance!!!

There is no way to do it with the slideshow settings, but there are window manipulation programs that can help. Nir Sofer's Volumouse can be used to move almost any window, and it works well with the IV windowed slideshow.

Also nice for controlling volume quickly
    Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"

    Lose: Fail to keep
    Loose: Not tight

I am a great fan of Nir's programs as well! They are all tiny, malware-free and pretty nifty!
