Red Eye Circle?
When selecting an area for red eye reduction, is there a way to change the rectangle to a circle? It doesn't look very good when part of the eyelid is blue.

Afraid not. The selected area in Irfanview is always a rectangle.
One thing you can do is to open IrfanPaint (F12) before you do your red eye job.
Click the Selection tool (Arrow symbol at top left of tools box) and then draw your selection and do the red eye treatment as normal.
You can then select the Eraser tool (the one below the Arrow symbol) and pressing the right hand mouse button you can erase the changes in any area where you do not like it.
I find a brush about one third of the height of the selection rectangle about right.
Warning: There is currently a bug in Irfanpaint when used with IV4.27 at high zoom ratios. Make sure the zoom is no more than 100% before opening Irfanpaint.
